Thank you for the fabulous talk you gave at Training Futures this past Wednesday evening. You connected so well with everyone and were very engaging. We learned a lot—grads and staff! Many of the grads were still talking about your talk today as we gathered for lunch. We’ve all been trying to make healthier choices. This kind of workshop is so valuable to people who are trying to improve their lives. I guess it all starts with the physical being and our level of health. So thank you again for coming and sharing your energy, expertise (and designer chocolate) with us! Hope to see you again soon.

Sue Ann’s ‘No Longer Asleep at the Meal’ presentation captured the essence of why we are obese in this country. Her holistic approach to reframing our concept of food, nutrition and diet was refreshing. The focus of being healthy physically and psychologically versus losing weight really grabs your interest. This was not the typical food pyramid nutrition talk. I thought I had a pretty nutritious diet but I learned new and exciting ways to incorporate whole foods into my meals.

Sue Ann’s “Beautiful Skin, Healthy Bones” presentation is not so much boot camp as day camp for people seeking natural remedies for common ailments. Her food-first approach to issues ranging from rosacea to osteoporosis and her belief in each person’s ability to take simple steps to transform their lives leaves one thinking, “Yeah, I can do this!”

I want to thank you so much for your enlightening and thoughtful presentation. Today’s seminar on “Skin and Bones” opened my eyes wide to a whole new world—and I intend to keep them open! While many of the attendees were old hands at juicing and smoothies, this was all new to me. I am eager to give it a try. You made it look so easy! Also, I was very, very impressed by your knowledge and professionalism. You are, indeed, HOT STUFF! The handouts were great. It was a morning very well spent.
